How do I heat it?
Please remove the lid & sauce container before heating. Most meals take two to three minutes in the microwave. Every meal has its own instructions on the label.
Are the meals frozen?
Never. Everything is cooked fresh and packed the morning of delivery. Keep it refrigerated and eat within four days. You can freeze a meal if you need to, though the texture of rice and pasta softens.
When do you deliver, and when do I need to order by?
Sundays and Wednesdays across Toronto and the GTA. Order by Wednesday for Sunday delivery, and by Saturday for Wednesday delivery. Miss the cutoff and your order simply moves to the next slot. Nothing is lost.
Do I have to subscribe?
No. Order a single week whenever you like, with no commitment.
